Mid/Senior Associate — ERISA & Executive Compensation, New York

Mid-to-senior associate role in a busy ERISA and Executive Compensation group based in New York. The position involves advising public and private company clients on equity-based arrangements, incentive plans and related tax and securities issues.

Successful candidates will work collaboratively on team matters and handle components of transactions independently. Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans is a plus. The group offers exposure to transactional and advisory work across industries.

• 4–7 years' post-qualification experience in executive compensation, ERISA or employee benefits work
• Experience advising public and private companies on equity-based compensation and related tax and securities matters
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams and manage portions of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic record and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission preferred
