Seeking a mid-to-senior level associate (approximately 4–7 years' experience) to join a busy ERISA and executive compensation team in Boston. The role involves advising public and private company clients on tax- and securities-related aspects of equity-based awards, incentive plans and related transactions.

Candidates should be comfortable working both collaboratively on larger matters and independently managing components of transactions. Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans is a strong plus.

The team values excellent written and verbal communication, strong academic credentials and relevant law-firm experience. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred.

4–7 years' associate experience in ERISA/executive compensation or closely related practice
Experience advising on equity-based compensation and incentive arrangements, including tax and securities issues
Familiarity with ERISA and employee benefit plans preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong academic credentials
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction preferred
