A well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join its ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in Boston. The role offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative, entrepreneurial team on sophisticated compensation and benefits matters.

The successful candidate will advise public and private companies on tax and securities law issues relating to equity-based arrangements and other incentive compensation plans. Experience with ERISA and employee benefit plans is a plus.

Candidates should be comfortable working in teams as well as independently managing components of transactions. The firm values collegiality and cross-practice collaboration.

4–7 years of relevant experience
Experience representing public and private companies on tax and securities law issues regarding equity-based compensation and incentive plans
Ability to work in teams and manage transaction components independently
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission preferred
