Top‑tier technology transactions team is seeking a mid‑level associate to support and lead substantial components of corporate matters for technology clients. The role involves working on a mix of early‑ and late‑stage venture financings, M&A and private and public offerings.

Successful candidates will be comfortable both collaborating in deal teams and running discrete transaction workstreams independently. The group values practical deal experience across emerging growth and established technology companies.

Applicants should have excellent academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills, relevant firm experience, and eligibility for local bar admission. A current deal sheet is required.

Experience representing technology companies in venture financings, M&A and securities transactions
Proven ability to manage substantial components of transactions and work effectively in teams
Outstanding academic record and comparable law‑firm experience
Relevant bar admission (or prompt eligibility) and a detailed deal sheet
Strong written and verbal communication skills
