Seeking a midlevel associate to join a regional litigation team focused on construction and infrastructure disputes. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation arising from design and construction matters, working on all phases of case development and trial preparation.

The hire will work closely with experienced litigators who provide active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. A background or degree in the design/construction industry is a plus.

2–4 years' litigation experience, ideally with construction/design-related matters
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in good standing
Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on fast-paced matters; client-service orientation
