Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow an agriculture practice in Muscat with a well-established regional team. The role is focused on developing the practice offering across agriculture-related matters and providing day-to-day partner-level client advice.

The office is seeking a candidate who can provide future leadership as existing senior partners begin to transition toward retirement. This is a visible role with responsibility for business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner/leadership track record in agriculture law or closely related commercial practice.
Proven ability to originate and manage client work; portable client relationships are highly desirable.
Experience working in Oman or the wider Gulf region, and familiarity with relevant regulatory and commercial frameworks.
Strong people-management skills and a commitment to developing a regional team.
