Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an antitrust and competition practice in the firm's Chicago office. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients on competition law, responding to government investigations, and handling merger clearance and related litigation.

The position offers leadership responsibilities within a national full-service platform, collaboration with cross-practice teams, and opportunities to develop client relationships and originate work.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters.
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or expand portable client relationships.
Experience with merger control, investigations, and antitrust litigation or counseling.
Admission to practice in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) and ability to work from the Chicago office.
