An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Antitrust & Competition practice in Copenhagen. The role will combine high‑value advisory and investigative work across merger control, cartel matters and competition compliance for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team, take responsibility for client relationships and business development in the Nordics, and play a central role in shaping the practice's regional strategy. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of bringing and developing clients is required.

Proven partner/leadership experience in antitrust & competition law.
Strong background in merger control, cartel investigations and competition compliance.
Track record of client origination and managing significant matters; portable practice preferred.
Ability to lead a team, develop business in the Nordics, and work with international cross‑border matters.
Admission/qualification to practise in Denmark or equivalent EU qualification preferred.
