We are seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an antitrust and competition practice in the Dallas office of a leading national law firm. The role will handle complex merger control, civil antitrust litigation, and government investigations matters before U.S. regulators and courts.

The partner will take a visible role in client relationships and business development, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s national practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team with national platform support while maintaining or building a portable practice.

Proven partner- or senior-level antitrust experience handling merger review, litigated antitrust, and enforcement matters
Track record of client development and cross-office collaboration
Admission to practice in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing matter budgets
