A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Denver. The role involves leading client engagements across antitrust counseling, merger review, investigations and litigation, and developing business in the region.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team that handles complex transactional and contentious antitrust matters for corporate clients. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role within the practice and to help grow the practice locally and nationally.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (transactional and/or litigation focus)
Proven track record of leading matters and managing teams
Business development skills and ability to cultivate client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is a plus
Bar admission in Colorado or eligibility to obtain admission
