Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Los Angeles

An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in downtown Los Angeles. The role will involve counseling corporate clients on merger control, competition compliance, and civil antitrust litigation matters across industry sectors.

The position offers a chance to lead client engagements, work on high-stakes investigations and merger filings, and collaborate with an experienced multi-jurisdictional team. The team handles both transactional clearance and contentious antitrust work.

• Proven partner-level antitrust experience handling merger control, investigations, and civil litigation.
• Track record of originating or leading client engagements and managing teams.
• Strong regulatory and litigation advocacy skills; familiarity with U.S. antitrust enforcement practice.
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
