Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a major Los Angeles practice focused on antitrust and competition work, with significant litigation and transactional matter exposure. The role sits in a full-service platform and will work across litigation, corporate and regulatory matters for US and international clients.

The team handles high-stakes antitrust disputes, merger review and related transactional counseling. The successful candidate will take a lead role on matters, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with practice leaders across offices.

Established partner-level antitrust and competition experience with both litigation and transactional work
Proven track record of leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers
Strong client development skills; ability to grow and sustain a portable practice is desirable
Active bar admission in California (or ability to obtain promptly)
