Lateral partner with significant antitrust and competition experience
Proven record in litigation, merger control or regulatory counseling
Strong client development and relationship management skills; portable practice welcome
Excellent drafting, advocacy and team leadership abilities; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
