Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. The role involves leading complex antitrust matters, advising on merger control and investigations, and working with cross-border teams on high‑profile transactions and disputes.

The firm is looking for a senior practitioner who can step into a client-facing role, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development. A portable practice or the ability to originate and grow business is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (domestic and international matters)
Track record of leading merger control filings, investigations or cartel/competition litigation
Proven ability to generate and expand client relationships; portable practice desirable
Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent written and oral advocacy
