Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in New York. The role will involve high‑profile transactional and contested matters across merger control, cartel and conduct investigations, and other competition-related work.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on client engagements, working on multi‑jurisdictional matters and mentoring junior lawyers. The team handles both transactional clearance and contentious enforcement work for corporate clients in a range of industries.

There is an expectation that the hire will bring or continue to develop a portable antitrust practice and contribute to business development initiatives in the market.

Established partner with significant antitrust & competition experience (transactional and/or investigations)
Proven track record of client relationship management and business development
Ability to lead multi‑jurisdictional matters and supervise associates
Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and strong academic and professional credentials
