Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Portland office. The role will involve counseling and defending clients on antitrust and competition matters across litigation, counseling and merger review work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice that handles complex, high-stakes matters for corporate clients. This role offers leadership responsibility within the local office and opportunities to work with nationwide teams.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (litigation and/or counseling).
Strong record of advising on merger review, cartel/competitor issues, and regulatory strategy.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
Proven business development abilities; candidates who can bring portable client relationships are preferred.
