Leading litigation-focused firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Silicon Valley. The role involves handling high-stakes antitrust litigation, merger-control work and complex competition counseling for technology-sector clients.

The team is looking for a senior practitioner who can originate and develop business, supervise matter teams, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on nationally significant matters. This is a partner-level role; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in competition matters will be a strong advantage.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust litigation and competition counseling.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business desirable.
Track record of leading trial teams, complex investigations, or merger-control matters, preferably with technology-sector clients.
Excellent written and oral advocacy and experience supervising junior lawyers.
