A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Virginia Beach area. The role will focus on counseling and representing clients on antitrust matters, including merger reviews, investigations, and competition litigation.

The team handles a mix of transactional and contentious work for corporate clients across industries. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can contribute immediately to casework, develop client relationships locally and regionally, and collaborate with offices across the U.S.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience (transactional and/or litigation).
Demonstrated record of handling merger reviews, investigations, counseling, or competition litigation matters.
Ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business welcome.
Active bar admission and authorization to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Strong leadership, client management, and cross-office collaboration skills.
