Senior partner hire to lead and expand an energy and environmental practice from the Virginia Beach office. The role is client-facing and covers regulatory, transactional and project-related matters across energy and infrastructure sectors.

The position involves originating and managing high-value matters, supervising associates, and collaborating with related practice groups on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional work. The team benefits from a national platform and multi-office support.

Established partner with a demonstrable energy and/or environmental practice and history of originating client work.
Experience handling regulatory, project, and transactional matters in the energy/infrastructure sectors.
Proven team leadership and matter management skills; comfortable supervising associates and developing business.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
