Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Minneapolis

Senior partner role to lead and expand a bankruptcy and restructuring practice within a full-service office in Minneapolis. The position focuses on complex insolvency matters and corporate restructuring work across Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and related corporate insolvency issues.

The role combines client-facing matter leadership with business development responsibilities: building and managing a team, originating new engagements, and working with a national platform to handle cross-jurisdictional restructurings.

• Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and corporate insolvency matters
• Active bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
