Senior bankruptcy partner to join a busy Tampa restructuring and creditors' rights team. The role focuses on creditor-side insolvency work, out-of-court restructurings and distressed-debt matters across corporate and lending contexts.

The team advises institutional creditors, special situations investors and lenders; you will lead matters, develop client relationships and work with a national network of finance and restructuring lawyers. The group handles complex chapter cases, workouts and distressed trading situations.

This is a leadership role for an experienced partner with an established creditor-side practice and a track record of originating and managing high-value restructuring engagements.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors' rights work
Demonstrable experience leading Chapter 11 cases, workouts and distressed-debt transactions
Established client relationships and ability to originate business; portable practice preferred
Bar admission and strong litigation or transactional judgement in insolvency contexts
