Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its growing bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Westchester. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and creditor/debtor restructuring, with some related transactional work.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with an established practice and the ability to originate and manage complex insolvency matters. The team is expanding and prioritizes candidates who can contribute immediately to both litigation and restructuring engagements.

Established partner with substantial experience in bankruptcy litigation and restructuring matters
Proven portable practice and existing client relationships suitable for a partner role
Strong litigation background, including courtroom and contested proceeding experience
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-management skills
