Senior bankruptcy partner role based in Wilmington, joining a full-service US firm with a busy restructuring practice. The role will lead complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters, advising debtor, creditor and stakeholder constituencies across Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

You'll manage and grow a team of restructuring lawyers, drive business development in the region, and work on high-profile, cross-border matters with national reach. The position offers a platform to expand a market-facing practice while collaborating with practice groups across the firm.
