Experienced environmental and regulatory partner opportunity with a major national firm’s Dallas office. The role focuses on counseling clients on environmental regulatory compliance and related transactional and permitting matters, with an emphasis on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) experience preferred but not required.

The firm seeks a senior practitioner to lead and grow a portable compliance and environmental practice in the region, working across projects involving regulatory strategy, permitting, enforcement defense and transactional support.

Proven partner- or senior‑level experience in environmental law, regulatory compliance, or related practice areas.
Demonstrated experience with environmental permitting, regulatory strategy, enforcement defense and transactional support; CEQA experience a strong plus.
Track record of originating and managing client matters and ability to develop a portable practice.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in Texas (or plan to obtain eligibility).
