Partner, Compliance & Environmental — Fort Worth

Experienced environmental and regulatory partner sought to lead and grow a regional compliance practice in Fort Worth. The role focuses on advising clients on environmental regulatory matters, permitting, and agency interactions, with an emphasis on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) experience preferred.

The position combines client advisory work with business development and team leadership. The successful candidate will help expand the practice's footprint in the region and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner-level background in environmental regulatory and compliance matters
• Demonstrated client development and revenue-generation capability
• Experience overseeing teams and managing complex regulatory projects; CEQA experience preferred
