Partner — Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeking a partner to strengthen its Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practices in Washington, D.C. The role will combine regulatory counseling, privacy/data protection work and related contentious matters for clients across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing lawyer who can lead engagements, supervise teams, and work collaboratively across the firm's technology and regulatory practices. The team handles both counseling and enforcement/defense work; the partner will play a key role in practice development and cross-practice opportunities.

Portable business is welcomed; the firm is looking for a lateral partner who can contribute to and expand an existing regulatory and litigation platform in the market.

• Substantial partner-level experience in regulatory, privacy/data protection and litigation matters.
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills; demonstrated ability to win and sustain work.
• Experience managing and developing teams, and working across complementary practice groups (e.g., technology, regulatory).
• Admission to the DC bar or eligibility to be admitted; ability to work in Washington, D.C.
