Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its compliance and regulatory practice in the Boulder office. The role will advise corporate and institutional clients on regulatory strategy and risk management across cybersecurity, data privacy, international trade, energy, environmental and healthcare matters.

The successful candidate will build and lead a team, work cross‑practice on complex, multidisciplinary matters, and play an active role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in one or more of the stated specialties are welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in compliance and regulatory matters.
Proven expertise in one or more of: cybersecurity/privacy, international trade, energy or environmental regulatory work, or healthcare regulatory matters.
Track record of client development and the ability to lead and mentor teams on cross‑disciplinary matters.
Licensed to practice in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction(s) and comfortable working with national and international clients.
