Seeking a partner to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice focused on healthcare and media/advertising matters from the firm's Warrington office. The role will advise clients on FDA-regulated issues, advertising and promotional compliance, and other regulatory risk areas.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality client advice, managing and mentoring a small team of lawyers, and working with cross-practice colleagues on complex regulatory matters. The firm is open to candidates with an existing portable practice and a demonstrable track record of developing business.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, ideally with healthcare and advertising/FDA work.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business viewed favorably.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and working collaboratively across practices.
Strong written and oral advocacy; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
