Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — New York

Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory team in New York. The role will focus on regulatory counseling and enforcement matters across healthcare and media/advertising matters, with particular emphasis on FDA-related issues and advertising regulation.

The partner will advise corporate clients on compliance programs, regulatory risk assessments, agency interactions and related transactional or dispute matters. You will work closely with cross-practice teams to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.

The firm welcomes candidates with an established, portable practice and a record of bringing and developing client relationships.

• Established partner with substantial regulatory/compliance experience, ideally including healthcare and advertising matters (FDA experience a plus).
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Track record of business development; portable book of business welcomed.
• Active bar admission and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
