Join a national law firm’s San Diego office as a partner in the Compliance, Technology and Healthcare practices. The role focuses on advising clients on regulatory and privacy matters arising from technology and healthcare products and services.

The team advises a mix of corporate and regulated clients on privacy & data protection, regulatory compliance, and technology-related legal risk. The role combines client counseling and matter leadership with strategic business development across the firm’s platform.

Open to candidates with an established, portable practice or who can lead and grow a cross-practice compliance and technology offering in the region.

Established partner-level experience in privacy/data protection, regulatory compliance and technology-related matters.
Track record of leading client engagements and developing business in the healthcare or technology sectors.
Strong written and oral advocacy, client management and team leadership skills.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain reciprocity.
