Senior partner opportunity in Muscat for an experienced regulatory and technology lawyer. The role covers privacy & data protection, technology transactions and telecoms regulatory work across regional and cross-border matters.

The firm seeks a partner with a proven transactional and regulatory practice who can advise on telecoms, privacy/AI-related regulatory issues and commercial tech mandates. International firm experience is highly preferred.

Portable business is important for this role; candidates should be able to demonstrate existing client relationships and a track record of business development.

Established partner-level experience advising on privacy/data protection, technology transactions and telecoms regulatory matters.
Experience handling cross-border or international regulatory mandates; background in an international or regional firm preferred.
Proven client development skills and a demonstrable portable practice or book of business.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to lead matter teams and develop business in the region.
