Leading regional firm seeks a lateral partner to join its construction, real estate and commercial litigation team in Rapid City. The role involves handling contested construction and real estate matters across litigation and dispute-resolution forums, advising owners, developers and design–build parties, and leading regional client engagements.

The team offers an established platform and support for trial and arbitration work. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated business-development capability who can expand local market relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including commercial disputes.
Track record of courtroom, arbitration or ADR experience and managing complex matters from intake through resolution.
Business development ability; portable practice or clear plan to generate local revenue preferred.
Bar admission in South Dakota or eligibility to transfer; strong client management and leadership skills.
