An established law firm is seeking a partner-level team to expand its Corporate and Commercial Litigation practices in Los Angeles. The platform handles sophisticated big-ticket transactions and significant commercial disputes, and is looking to add transactional volume and litigation capability.

The firm is interested in acquiring cohesive teams rather than sole individuals, with a focus on groups that can bring substantial client relationships and integrated practice strength. Priority sector experience includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry.

Market focus spans major US and international commercial centers, including New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany. Teams should demonstrate sophisticated deal and dispute experience across private equity, venture capital, M&A, and commercial litigation.

• Partner-level or equivalent seniority with a demonstrated record in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
• Experience in one or more priority sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
• Ability to operate across major US and international markets.
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
