Partner — Corporate, Energy & Technology (San Diego)

Senior corporate partner role for an established national law firm seeking a market-facing partner to lead transactional work across M&A, capital markets and energy-sector projects. The role will focus on structuring and executing tech-related corporate transactions and project-level commercial work for renewables and oil & gas clients.

The team advises sponsors, developers and corporate clients on deal execution, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements. This is an opportunity to build a broader West Coast platform while remaining active on high-value transactional mandates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets or project development transactions, including renewable energy and oil & gas matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship leadership
• Bar admission in California or ability to qualify
