The team advises sponsors, growth companies and lenders on complex buyouts, investments and financings. The firm is seeking an established deal leader who will both keep an active transactional practice and help develop client relationships across the platform.

Proven partner-level experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions and related financings
Track record of originating and leading complex deals and managing deal teams
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability
Excellent client-facing and relationship-management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
