Partner — Corporate, Finance & Energy — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Los Angeles corporate and energy practice. The role emphasizes M&A, corporate and transactional matters, and project development in renewable energy and oil & gas, with regular capital markets work.

The successful candidate will originate and lead client engagements, manage deal teams, and work closely with other offices to grow cross-practice opportunities. This is a visible business-development and practice-leadership role in a market-facing team.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience handling M&A and corporate transactions, including project development in renewables and upstream/downstream energy matters
• Experience with capital markets and complex transactional documentation
• Demonstrated business development record and ability to originate and expand client relationships
• Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
