Partner — Corporate, Finance & Tax — Paris

Leading international firm seeks a partner to co-lead and grow a 4–5 partner team in Paris. The role's flagship focus is corporate, finance and tax work, with scope to build out related capabilities in disputes, IP and employment.

Candidate will be expected to expand the office through lateral hires or a potential boutique or full-office takeover, and to work closely with regional and international colleagues to develop cross-border mandates.

• Established partner with a proven track record in corporate, finance and tax matters
• Experience leading or growing a small partner-led team; ability to recruit and retain talent
• Commercial client development skills with a demonstrable network and pipeline
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
