Senior corporate partner role for an established global law firm seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to help lead and grow healthcare, life sciences and technology-related practices from the Minneapolis office. The role will handle M&A, capital markets and technology transactions and work closely with IP and litigation teams on cross-disciplinary matters.

Ideal candidates will be expected to originate and lead high-value transactions, collaborate with sector-focused teams (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy) and support business development across multiple U.S. and international offices. The position offers a platform to build a regional hub while tapping into a broad global network.

Established track record in M&A and capital markets, ideally with healthcare / life sciences or technology clients
Demonstrable experience leading cross-practice matters involving IP, tech transactions or related litigation
Proven business development and client relationship skills at partner level
