Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Antitrust, San Diego

Senior partner opportunity with a national US law firm to lead and grow a multidisciplinary practice in corporate transactions, IP litigation (with a strong patent focus), and antitrust matters. The role sits in the firm's San Diego office and will involve handling high-value matters for clients in private equity, life sciences, technology and energy.

Ideal candidates will combine partner-level transactional and litigation experience, business development capability, and experience working on matters at the intersection of patent litigation and antitrust/private equity. The position offers a leadership role on cross-practice engagements and collaboration with national teams.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust or competition matters
• Proven client relationships in private equity, life sciences, technology or energy sectors
• Track record of originating and leading cross-practice engagements
