Partner — Corporate / Intellectual Property / Antitrust, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to grow and lead matters at the intersection of corporate transactions, IP litigation (with a focus on patents), and antitrust. The role will work closely with private equity, life sciences and technology clients and collaborate with related practice groups across the U.S.

The position is business-development focused and combines client-facing deal and litigation work with team leadership and cross-practice coordination. The successful candidate will join an established platform with national reach and commercial matters spanning M&A, patent disputes, and antitrust reviews tied to transactional work.

• Demonstrated experience handling M&A, patent litigation, and antitrust matters involving private equity and life sciences/technology clients
• Proven business-development capabilities and experience leading cross-practice client engagements
• Strong litigation and transactional track record, including managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
