Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation, Los Angeles

Ampliied leadership opportunity for a partner to join a full‑service, cross‑practice team in Los Angeles. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate work, IP (including patent litigation) and commercial litigation, working on high‑value matters and helping grow client relationships across those areas.

This opportunity is best for an experienced partner with a portable practice who can originate and cultivate business, mentor lawyers, and collaborate across offices and practice groups. The team seeks someone comfortable handling complex transactions, IP disputes, and governance matters while contributing to practice development.

• Established partner with track record of originating and managing significant client matters; portable practice preferred.
• Substantive experience in corporate transactions (M&A, governance, emerging growth) and/or IP prosecution and patent litigation.
• Proven litigation or trial experience where relevant to patent or commercial disputes.
• Strong client development, cross‑selling and team leadership skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers.
• Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
