Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Houston corporate and litigation capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of high‑value commercial litigation and large corporate transactions across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The team is prioritizing group hires and established practices rather than individual hires; candidates with a portable practice or who can join with a small team will be especially attractive. The role involves managing major commercial disputes and advising on complex M&A and private equity matters for sophisticated clients.

Experienced lateral partner with an established transactional and/or litigation practice.
Proven track record handling large commercial disputes and multi‑party corporate transactions.
Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
Preference for team hires or candidates with a portable practice; stable career history (limited firm moves) preferred.
