Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles office with a split Corporate and Litigation practice. The role combines transactional work (M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters) with handling complex commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, work across a global platform and collaborate with cross‑border teams. This is an opportunity for a senior lawyer to grow a portable practice and contribute to business development and team mentoring in a busy office.

Established partner-level commercial practice with experience in both corporate transactions (including M&A and governance) and commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
Proven client development and originations record; ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
Track record of leading engagements and supervising associates and junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to work from the Los Angeles office.
