Leading global law firm seeks a partner or partner-led team to expand both high-value corporate transactional work and complex commercial litigation out of its Los Angeles office. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic matters across private equity, venture capital, M&A and large-scale commercial disputes.

Priority will be given to teams that bring a proven, portable practice and can immediately contribute to deal flow and case load. Target sector experience includes life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. This role will work closely with senior lawyers across multiple US and international markets.

Established partner or partner-led team with a demonstrable record of leading complex transactions and/or major commercial litigation.
Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business; team moves preferred.
Experience in private equity, venture capital, M&A, corporate governance and large commercial disputes, ideally with sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California; strong cross-border experience a plus.
