Seeking a partner to join a global law firm’s Atlanta corporate team with a strong focus on M&A and capital markets. The role emphasizes cross-practice work across technology, emerging growth, private equity and related commercial/IP transactional and litigation matters.

The hire will work with multi-office deal teams and advisers on complex issuer-side and buyer-side transactions, lead client relationships in industry sectors such as technology, life sciences, financial services and energy, and help grow a team of lawyers in the region.

Established partner with significant M&A and capital markets experience at a major law firm
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business expected
Experience with technology, emerging-growth companies, private equity and industry-specific matters (life sciences, financial services, energy preferred)
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers and work collaboratively across offices
Active U.S. bar admission and JD or equivalent qualification
