Senior corporate partner role for an established German practice based in Frankfurt. The role focuses on leading and growing M&A and corporate transactional work, advising domestic and cross-border clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and corporate governance matters.

The partner will manage deal teams, own client relationships and play a visible role in business development. There is scope to collaborate with other practice groups on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

They are looking for a lawyer with a portable transactional practice and a track record of originating and executing mid-to-large corporate deals. The appointment is aimed at a lateral partner who will step into an existing platform and expand its market presence.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions in Germany.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability (portable book of business expected).
Strong technical drafting and negotiating skills on transactional documentation.
Experience leading deal teams and working on cross-border matters; admitted to practice in Germany preferred.
