The team handles full-cycle deals and complex corporate transactions; the role will involve originating and managing client relationships, leading deal teams, and developing new business in the region.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A/transactional matters.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client work and leading deal teams.
• Strong client-development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable business origination capability.
• Active bar admission in California (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral advocacy.
