Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Los Angeles

Seeking a partner to join a well-established corporate practice in the Los Angeles office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, transactional work, and corporate governance matters for public and private clients across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and work closely with colleagues across practices and offices to deliver commercial, solution-oriented advice. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client work is highly valued.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; business development orientation
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Admission to the relevant state bar and strong academic and professional references
