Proven partner-level corporate/M&A experience, with a strong transactional skill set.
Track record advising on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and routine transactional matters.
Established client relationships and a portable practice or demonstrable business-development capability preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and mentor junior lawyers.
