Partner, Corporate / M&A — Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in Paris. The role will focus on private equity and industrial M&A matters and will sit alongside an established energy & infrastructure M&A team.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide senior-level deal leadership, originate mandates, and deepen relationships with institutional and corporate private equity clients. This is an immediate, strategic hire to bolster generalist M&A capacity in the office.

• Senior partner with a strong track record in private equity and/or industrial M&A transactions
• Proven ability to originate and lead complex cross-border deals
• Experience working with energy & infrastructure clients or advising on transactions in that sector
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
