Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Paris corporate team with a focus on M&A and related corporate work. The role offers the chance to lead transactions, advise strategic clients and develop a market-facing practice from the Paris office.

The team handles cross-border and domestic deals across sectors; the partner will work closely with senior lawyers across Europe and contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Established corporate/M&A partner with an existing portable practice and demonstrable client relationships
Proven track record leading transactions and advising corporates or private equity clients
Qualified to practise in France (or eligible) and fluent in French and English
Strong business development experience and the ability to integrate into an international team
